About
A clinical dietitian whose approach was shaped as much by her own diagnosis at sixteen as by the qualifications that followed it.
Her Story
At sixteen, Himanshi was diagnosed with PCOS: a delayed cycle, weight gain, and a body that felt entirely out of her control.
What actually changed things wasn't a strict diet or a quick fix. It was motivation: to eat cleaner, move her body, and finally take her stress seriously. Because PCOS is never caused by one simple thing. Not insulin resistance alone. Not weight. Not "bad" eating habits. It's rooted in the underlying cause, and that's exactly what she'd been missing all along.
That realisation is the foundation of how we work with every client today: look past the obvious symptom, find what's actually driving it, and build habits around that truth.Book an exploratory call

Our approach
Good nutrition begins with curiosity, not a template. Before any recommendation, we take the time to understand the bigger picture: labs, lifestyle, routines, and history. Every story is different.
There's no single way to eat well. Nutrition should work with your life, not against it, so every plan is practical, flexible, and built around what's actually realistic for you.
Our goal is more than telling you what to eat. We want you to understand why a strategy works, build confidence in your choices, and stay equipped long after we've finished working together.
Why work this way
Five things we hold onto in every plan we build.
Blood sugar, gut symptoms, hormones, and eating patterns are treated as connected, not as four separate problems handed to four separate specialists.
No elimination diets by default, no fear-based food rules. Just what the evidence actually supports for your labs and your life.
How you think about food shapes whether a plan sticks. That psychology is part of the work, not an afterthought.
You'll know why a recommendation makes sense for your body, not just what to do, so you can keep making good calls on your own.
Small, sustainable shifts that survive a bad week, a holiday, or a stretch of takeout. Not a plan that only works in ideal conditions.
Every symptom is information, not a failure. When the body is out of balance, it says so, and our job is just to listen closely enough to hear it.On the philosophy behind this work
This is what we have seen again and again: lasting health isn't found in a single fix. It's restoring balance in the body, and in the way we live day to day.
