Questions
The things people ask first
How consultations run, what to expect from the first conversation, and how the work fits around real life. If something isn’t covered here, just ask.
Before you book
What happens in the first conversation?
It's a conversation, not a sales call. Himanshi asks what's going on, what you've already tried, and what your reports say. By the end you'll have an honest answer about whether she is the right person to help — including if the answer is no.
Do you consult online or in person?
Consultations are online, over Google Meet or Zoom. Sessions run Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm IST, and Saturday, 9am–2pm IST.
How the work actually goes
How long before I see a difference?
That depends on what's being worked on, your medical history, and how consistent things are. Anyone promising you a fixed number in a fixed timeframe is guessing. What you'll get here is a clear view of which markers should move first and roughly what a realistic pace looks like for your situation.
I travel constantly and eat out a lot. Does that rule me out?
The opposite — it's specifically built into the programme. Travel guidance, eating-out strategies and grocery swaps are part of the work, because a plan that only survives a quiet week at home isn't a plan.
Can you work with vegetarian, Jain or eggless diets?
Yes. Plans are built around how you already eat, not around a template that assumes otherwise. Protein targets in particular need real thought on a vegetarian or Jain diet, and that's part of the job.

Still deciding?
A short conversation answers more than a page of text. Bring your reports and your questions.
